Becoming a surrogate (gestational carrier) is one of the most selfless and rewarding decisions that you can make as a woman. It is not an easy decision to make since it requires you to make certain sacrifices, including your time, your body, and your family life. The journey of carrying a child for another person or couple will impact every aspect of your life, but your love and compassion are evident in your decision to make the first step in this life-changing journey.
Since surrogacy involves pregnancy and childbirth on behalf of others, we screen potential surrogates carefully. Our standards are high to ensure that all our surrogates are experienced, happy, and fit for a healthy surrogacy. Your path to becoming a surrogate will be guided by our experienced surrogacy team, but you will have to meet certain qualifications to move forward with your application.
Surrogacy Qualifications:
- You are between the ages of 21 and 40
- You are a U.S. citizen or a legal permanent resident
- You live in a state where surrogacy is legal (check map)
- You are in good physical & mental health with BMI under 32
- You have delivered and raised at least one healthy child
- Your prior pregnancies were uncomplicated (no pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, pre-term labor, etc.)
- You have a clear criminal background check
Become an Egg Donor
