Our standards are high to ensure that all our surrogates are experienced, happy, and fit for a healthy surrogacy. Our pre-screening questionnaire will ask about your basic medical history, family situation, citizenship status, and lifestyle to help us determine if you meet our initial qualifications. After submitting your application, we will conduct a thorough physical and psychological evaluation on each qualified candidate to ensure that the baby can develop in a healthy and safe environment. We want to provide you with a broad overview of the next few steps in this life-changing journey.

After meeting our requirements for surrogacy, you will submit an application on our website. It will only take a few minutes to complete.

Background Check & Medical Records Review
Once we receive your written consent, we will run a background check and request your medical records tor review.
Step 3
Phone Consultation & Screenings
Since surrogacy is a very personal journey, we will reach out to you to learn more about your story. Then, we will schedule a series of medical and psychological screenings.
